Calgary Dollars Has a Great Monthly Potluck
Calgary Dollars hosts a community potluck on the Second Wednesday of every month, from 6:00 to 8:30 PM.
Enjoy good food, meet interesting people, trade goods and services and learn about how we can develop a sustainable local economy using Calgary’s very own local currency.
A lot of community-minded folks attend this event (including some people already living in community) – so it’s a great opportunity to explore local opportunities for intentional community.
Please bring a dish to share, as well as your own plate and cutlery.
We always have delicious food, but don’t worry if you don’t have the time or urge to cook something fancy. A bottle of juice, some fruit, or just bread and cheese are all welcome contributions.
In addition to folks from this Meetup group, there are usually 50-80 Calgary Dollars members in attendance.
